This is the side dish I prepared in the wok to go with the pig. I made half the recipe.

10 apples, roughly chopped
1 pound brown sugar
3/4 cup chipotle powder
1/4 cup salt
10 pounds bulk pork sausage
2 large heads green cabbage, chopped
Stuff the pig and bake it that way, else, I’d bake it in a pan at 350 for an hour or so until it looks done.
