Green Chili

pork butt
roasted and cubed

diced tomatos

green chilis
substitute a bunch of fresh roasted green chilis if available

onions

JalapeƱos
diced

cumin

tablespoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
chicken bullion

tablespoon
ground black pepper
salt
to taste

water

flour
Instructions
Brown the cubed pork. Combine all ingredients except flour in a crock pot. Simmer for at least 8 hours. Mix flour with water to make a thin paste. Add the flour mixture to the crock pot. Cook for another hour or so. Freeze until needed.
