Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork butt roasted and cubed
- 1 8 ounce can diced tomatos
- 4 4 ounce cans green chilis substitute a bunch of fresh roasted green chilis if available
- 2 large onions
- 2 Jalapeños diced
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 8 teaspoon chicken bullion
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- salt to taste
- 7 cups water
- 1 cup flour

Instructions
- Brown the cubed pork. Combine all ingredients except flour in a crock pot. Simmer for at least 8 hours. Mix flour with water to make a thin paste. Add the flour mixture to the crock pot. Cook for another hour or so. Freeze until needed.
